After 37 years of service in local church ministry, Andy has transitioned into consultancy to continue supporting churches in new and meaningful ways. His years in ministry have given him a deep understanding of the unique challenges churches face, and he is passionate about helping church leaders and their teams navigate these with clarity, confidence, and care.

How Does the Process of Consultancy Work?
The consultancy process varies but is designed to be straightforward and collaborative:

  1. Initial Conversation: We start with an informal chat to understand your church’s context, needs, and hopes.
  2. Assessment: We conduct a review, which may include on-site visits, meetings with leaders and members, and analysis of key areas.
  3. Sounding out initial findings. We sit down together to test out and get feedback on initial findings.
  4. Recommendations: You’ll receive a clear, practical report outlining findings and suggested actions.
  5. Implementation Support: I provide as much hands-on guidance as you require during the implementation phase, ensuring changes are manageable and effective.
  6. Follow-Up: Ongoing support is available to monitor progress and address any emerging issues.
