Our Team

As well as Andy & Cerys we have our Trustees and Council of Reference.

Andy Hickford

Director of Jubilee Leadership

Andy Hickford is the Director of Jubilee Leadership. He has worked for 37 years in local church leadership, and has served on the board of a number of charities including Tear Fund and Pursuit International.

Andy is a recognised teacher, trainer and church leadership consultant whose passion is the interplay between vision, strategy and personal growth.

Andy and Cerys have been married for 33 years and have 3 grown up children. They know well the privileges of leading a church family but they also know it comes with a price tag. Together they are passionate about supporting church leaders in all the seasons of ministry and believe deeply in the transforming potential of ‘the pursuit of truth among friends’. They look forward to hosting individuals and teams at their home as soon as renovations are complete!
Andy and Cerys believe it is of vital importance that we always remember we are called to someone before something and that we keep those separate and in the right order!

Pete Gray

Pete has 40 plus years of local church experience including leadership roles in youth work, evangelism, pastoral and as a trustee. Pete is passionate to see church leaders and leadership teams released into the fulness of their calling.

After building a successful sale and marketing career, he worked at CWR in a business role for 11 years. In 2009 Pete, along with his wife Sue, took a faith leap and bought a self-catering holiday business which they developed before selling on in 2020.

Pete struggles to believe that his kids are in their late thirties but loves spending time with them and his three grandchildren. Whilst being nuts about anything sporty, Pete’s abiding passion for the England cricket team is often on the edge of obsession. He scored his one and only century at the age of 47.
